Ziel ist es, die G\u00e4ste n\u00e4her an die Bars und die Bars n\u00e4her an die G\u00e4ste heranzuf\u00fchren und die G\u00e4stefrequenz der Lokale in Wien zu erh\u00f6hen. Somit sollen G\u00e4ste ihre Hemmungen davor verlieren, Unbekanntes und Neues auszuprobieren. Die \u201eWiener Cocktailwoche\u201c findet von 13. bis 19. September 2021 in allen teilnehmenden Bars in Wien statt.\u00a0Die an der \u201eWiener Cocktailwoche\u201c teilnehmenden Bars werden mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt, basierend auf der\u00a0 Qualit\u00e4t der Drinks, dem Niveau des Services und dem dargebotenen Ambiente, ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcber Angostura\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Suche nach einem Arzneimittel f\u00fchrte 1824 dazu, dass der deutsche Arzt Johann Gottlieb Siegert ein Tonikum entwickelte, das nicht als Medizin, sondern als W\u00fcrzmittel bekannt werden sollte. Benannt nach der Stadt in Venezuela, in deren N\u00e4he Siegert bei Simon Bolivars Freiheitsk\u00e4mpfern als Arzt diente, startete Angostura Bitters eine beispiellose Karriere in den K\u00fcchen und Bars der Welt. \u00a0Siegert selbst erkannte das Potential und gr\u00fcndete in den 1850ern ein Unternehmen in Trinidad, um sich ganz auf sein Produkt zu konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p>So wird heute noch Angostura Aromatic Bitters nach dem Originalrezept von 1824 hergestellt. Der Standort Trinidad verleitet nat\u00fcrlich dazu, auch Rum zu produzieren und so steht die Marke heute f\u00fcr weit mehr als einen W\u00fcrzbitter. In den letzten Jahren wurde mit Fokus auf eine weltweit steigende Nachfrage die Rum-Produktlinie \u00fcberarbeitet und ein stringentes Portfolio, gerade f\u00fcr den Premiumbereich entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angostura Rum 1919<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Jahr 1919 hat eine besondere Bedeutung f\u00fcr Angostura, da es mit einer Katastrophe begann. Im Jahr 1932 wurden bei einem Feuer viele F\u00e4sser Rum zerst\u00f6rt. Der Brennmeister kaufte anschlie\u00dfend ein paar der angekohlten F\u00e4sser, in denen noch Rum vorhanden war. Aus diesen Rumsorten, die 1919 hergestellt worden waren, schuf er einen besonderen Blend, der den Namen des Entstehungsjahrs bekam. Heute reifen die Rumsorten rund acht Jahre in ehemaligen Bourbonf\u00e4ssern, die besondere Struktur und w\u00fcrzige Vanille in den Geschmack bringen.
