In the context of Covid-19, the health and security of guests and employees is an absolute priority at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace. - The valet parking service is temporarily suspended
- Luggage is taken care of by the hotel doormen wearing masks and gloves, which are changed for each guest. Luggage is then deposited in front of the guest’s room
- A Plexiglas window is installed at the reception in order to allow checking-in and checking-out safely
- The capacity of the elevators is limited to two people
- Hydro-alcoholic gel is available to customers throughout the hotel
- Breakfast is served at the table and not as a buffet
