Kimino is a small collective of Japanese family farmers and craft drink producers. They wish to deliver the authentic, traditional taste of Japan. The idea is to create very simple, transparent and healthier drinks that can be enjoyed every day. Using the highest technical standards, Kimino follows the “Kanso” philosophy: they only use what is truly necessary. It is a healthier and more wholesome approach to crafting beverages.
The producers wanted a healthy drink without any bad ingredients that can easily be enjoyed and just as easily be shared with the whole family, from children to grandparents. Kimino drinks are made “for you”, that is what “kimino” means in Japanese.
The organic seasonal fruit come from family farms throughout Japan’s countryside. They are picked by hand using traditional methods that conserve and support the natural environment. To give their drinks their unique taste and special texture, the farmers use the crystal clear, natural water of the Hyogo Mountains in the Kansai region. Kimino Ringo Sparkling Juice and Sparkling Water
Kimino Ringo Sparkling Ringo Juice contains the juice from whole-pressed Fuji Ringo apples that are hand-picked in the Aomori Region beyond the Northern Hakkoda mountains, the water from the Western Japanese mountains, and some organic sugar cane.

Kimino Mikan Sparkling Juice and Sparkling Water
Kimino Sparkling Mikan Juice is made with hand-picked Mikan (called Unshu Mikan, similar to tangerine oranges) in the Wakayama prefecture on Shikoku Island and pressed with Hyogo mountain water and organic sugar cane.
Unshu Mikan are semi-seedless, easy-peeling citrus fruit of Chinese origin, but introduced to the West via Japan. Mikan grow well in warm weather and because they soak up a lot of sun while growing, the fruit are very sweet and flavour-rich.
Kimino Mikan Sparkling Juice contains 44% of juice, 0% fat, 0% cholesterol, 0% sodium, 0% protein, and 0% carbohydrates, 2% potassium and only very little added sugar from organic sugar cane. 55 calories per serving of 250 ml.

Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Juice and Sparkling Water
The yuzu (柚 ⼦ 子) is a hybridogenic plant species from the citrus family. It is believed to have originated in central China as a hybrid of mandarin orange and the ichang papeda.
Used for centuries in Japan, Yuzu is distinctly sour, aromatic, and very high in vitamin C. Its taste can be described as somewhere between lime and grapefruit: light acidity, gentle sweetness and subtle bitter notes. This exclusive fruit is also highly valued for its freshness.
Yuzu grows very slowly, requiring up to 10 years to fruit. It is unusual among citrus plants in that it is relatively frost resistant and can be grown in regions with winters as low as −9 °C where more sensitive citrus would not thrive.
Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Juice is made from handpicked, freshly squeezed Yuzu fruit from Shikoku Island, with mountain water from the Hyogo region and organic sugar cane. When squeezing, the whole fruit is used in order to capture the intense fragrance of the zest. Some of the zest can be found on top of the bottle. The Kimino juice master Yoshihiro calls it the “ring of aroma.”

Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Water is produced on the same premise but without sugar. It is non-sweet and comes in a nice, slick can. It contains 2% fruit juice and 0% sugar. With only 1 calorie per 250 ml serving it is not only ultra clean, but also ultra lean: 0% fat, 0% cholesterol, 0% sodium, 0% protein, and 0% carbohydrates.
Kimino Ume Sparkling Juice and Sparkling Water
Ume (kanji), also Japanese apricot, Japanese plum or winter cherry, is a species of the genus Prunus in the rose family. It bears fragrant white, pink, or red blossom in winter and the fruit are high in antioxidants, vitamin c, and polyphenols.
Kimino’s Sparkling Ume Juice is made with whole, freshly squeezed fruit that are handpicked in Wakayama, only mountain water from the Aichi prefecture in the Hyogo region and a little organic sugar cane are added, nothing else.
It contains ume plum puree and 12% juice. A serving of 250 ml contains 58 calories, 0% fat, 0% cholesterol, 0% sodium, 0% protein, and 6% carbohydrates.
